the location is very convenient near the beach. the staff was helpful assisting with directions and recommendations. the room included a functional air conditioning system.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours (it seemed to serve many floors).

the location is near the beach. many restaurants are nearby within a few minutes walking distance. the staff are very cute and smiley.
the room was really small and the bed is quite uncomfortable. it was quite a basic room, but surprisingly expensive. the wifi is open for the whole hotel, but in the room, it was impossible to connect.

the location was convenient, close to copacabana palace. the staff tried to accommodate every request, even finding space to work while i waited for check-in.
Our room wasn't cleaned . Beds weren't made.
